I had so much fun last night!  I  finally got the chance to meet Carter’s parents…he is my newest baby planner, so new in fact that he won’t be here for another 3 weeks!  I love Sundance Square for maternity sessions, and mom brought some great outfits to show off her belly.  Check out those leopard print heels!  My hero – 9 months pregnant on 4 inch heels!

I can’t wait to meet Carter soon!

Loyal blog readers will recognize the littlest guy in the family shot below…Vinny is a baby planner who will be one soon! Yikes!  His mom called a couple weeks ago to say that all his siblings would be in town at the same time this week and we needed to get some pictures…she called the right person!  I met three of the most well-mannered big people today…who are obviously in love with Vinny and totally adoring of their father.  Awesome!  So glad the rain held off!

Tonight I headed over to meet Miss Brooke’s little sister Lyla.  I had the chance to first photograph this family last year as a family of three…and tonight, just six days after her arrival I got to meet this new family of FOUR!

Lyla was amazing!! She slept like a dream!  Oh, and check out her sweet baby feet – skinny and long…gorgeous!  Thanks so much for having me out tonight, and thanks so much to my assistant Ashlee for the extra help, I know big sister Brooke loved you!

I just had to post a few more from my time with Lindsay’s family in Illinois…love this session!

I had the amazing pleasure of traveling this week to Illinois to photograph a sweet 9 day old, baby lala.  Mom is a great photographer and I was so excited to travel to meet her sweet little girls…seriously gorgeous!  The weather was amazing – 83 for a high in July is almost coat weather for this Texan!  I got to spend 10 hours today capturing sweet baby lala and her family…here’s a quick sneak peek…more to come once I get back home to Texas tomorrow.
